NOTICE OF RE-TENDERING

1. NOTICE OF RE-TENDERING

Notice is hereby given to all participating bidders that Rift Valley Sports Club has formally Re-tendered for Proposed extension to an existing development sports and bar pavilion phase II, Tender no: RVSC-3/02/2026 originally advertised in February 2026.

Key Reason for Re-tendering:

• Scope & Design Revisions: Material changes and structural design updates occurred in the project scope and operational requirements, resulting in substantially revised Bills of Quantities (BQs).

Note: Any Bid Securities or bonds submitted under the re-tendered tender will be released/returned to bidders. Previous submissions will not be considered, and bidders must submit fresh proposals. Bidders who had paid for the retendered tender will need not to pay for the new one if they wish to participate.

Following the thorough revision of technical specifications, structural designs, and Bills of Quantities (BQs), Rift Valley Sports Club now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the execution of the revised Phase II works.

Pre-Tender Site Visit / Meeting	Wednesday 26th August,2026 at Rift Valley Sports Club at 12:00 Noon
Bid Security / Bond Required	1% of the Tender Amount in the form of a banker’s cheque or bid bond from a reputable bank, valid for 30 days after the tender opening date
Clarification Deadline	Written requests for clarification must be received via email no later than 31st August,2026 prior to submission
Submission Deadline	4th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon
Tender Opening Venue	Rift Valley Sports Club Boardroom, immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend

2. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the New Tender Number (RVSCR-4/08/2026) and Description (Proposed Extension to an Existing Development Sports and Bar Pavilion Phase II). Envelopes should be deposited in the tender box located at the Rift Valley Sports Club reception or sent by post to:
