An Honorary Member is a member who has been elected as such by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall be empowered, at their sole discretion, to elect Honorary Members for such periods as they may determine.

Honorary Membership shall normally be conferred on the President of Kenya, the Vice president, Members of the President’s personal staff, Cabinet ministers, the heads of diplomatic missions to Kenya, distinguished visitors to Kenya, and paid officials of the Club.

In any case of urgency, the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman together with one other Member of the Board shall be empowered to act on behalf of the Board in this respect. An Honorary Member shall not be liable for payment of any entrance fee.
